A possible team of plastics bandits scored a hefty loot at a Romulus, Mich. plastic company as they were swiping power tools and aluminum in November. By creating a plastic bicycle, Peleg has invented a way to reuse discarded plastic while helping to feed a market that is hungry for quick and easy local transportation.
